Mona
Team Lead, Event Design and Character Writing
Raised on Greek myths, Tolkien and fantasy RPGs, Mona has larped for most of their life, and directed various local events in Estonia since 2006. They are a huge lover of fantasy LARPs and creating something in the Witcher world is a natural next step. In real-life they work in retail and have a tailoring sidehustle. At The Lesser Evil, Mona contributes as the leader of the project, event design, character writing and many other tasks.
Doro
Core Team, Event Design and Character Writing
Doro started her nerd career three decades ago, and has expanded her interests from tabletops, console and PC games, pen & paper, and many more, to finally arrive at larping in 2019. She has attended a couple of events as a player, mostly fantasy and sci-fi. She has been writing weird things for many years, and seeing some of her ideas brought to life by the players is a dream come true. As a real life project manager – and hardcore Witcher nerd – Doro is working on event design, character writing and will do general coordination.

Tupsu
Core Team, Safety & Security
As an awkward teen in 2013, Tupsu ended up at a weekend event for larp designers and realised that they had finally found their people. After moving to Finland, they pivoted towards soft fencing and eventually found their way to event organising, with a focus on safety and security. With a background in providing and maintaining IT services, Tupsu is responsible for the event’s safety and security planning, as well as providing proofreading services, IT support and a number of other assorted support tasks.
Yannick
Event Design and Character Writing
Yannick has had a passion for the medieval and the theatrics since he was a child. He has set foot in playing and some making of video games, table top games and other RPGs and recently, 3 years ago, in larping. He started of as an NPC and later a player, and is most comfortable in medieval/fantasy settings, especially the Witcher universe. In everyday life, he works as a mediator in a medieval castle in the south of France. Yannick will help out with character writing and as lore advisor.

Christian
Event Design and Character Writing
After playing pen & paper, roleplaying and storytelling games for the better part of his teenage years, Christian came into international LARPing in 2018. He has since played more than two dozen LARPs in Germany, Poland, Italy and Spain, half of them in the setting of The Witcher, and made his first foray into NPCing in early 2024.
In his daily life he works as a court clerk(-ish) in criminal court, and joins the crew of The Lesser Evil as an NPC and character writer while also supporting the team during the design process.
